ENSURE THAT THE CANDIDATE IS AWARE OF THE IMPACT REMOTE WORKING WILL HAVE ON THEIR DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LIST OF THINGS TO ACCOMPLISH BEFORE THE NEW HIRE STARTS, SUCH AS, A WELCOME TO THE TEAM EMAIL / VIDEO, NECESSARY PAPERWORK HAS BEEN SENT OUT.

 

 

PREPARE FOR ITEMS TO COVER ON THE FIRST DAY, SUCH AS COMPANY RULES, LOGIN / PASSWORD / SECURITY INFORMATION, TRAINING SCHEDULE ETC.

 

       

 SCHEDULE MEETINGS AND DIARISE VIDEO MEETING WITH ALL NECESSARY TEAM MEMBERS IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS.
